Tasks - your perspective
This is an opportunity to work with modern HCM topics such as SuccessFactors, the design of IT architectures and Fiori Apps, as well as take over the support and further development of the personnel systems in application management. This company is expanding their range of services to include HCM Business, where they develop innovative HR-IT strategies, for example, and actively support their customers in the digital transformation of the HR area in topics such as approaches to artificial intelligence or big data applications.
As a (senior) consultant, you will advise both technically and technically in all aspects and questions regarding the further development of SAP HCM systems.
Your duties include:
Conception and implementation of collective bargaining and legal requirements as well as operational requirements within the remuneration statement
They bring in their very well-founded technical and methodological knowledge and can also speak as an expert very well in detail
A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business or natural sciences or a comparable education
Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HCM remuneration
Experience in the SAP HCM environment, among other things, in topics such as personnel administration and organization management
Proven experience in the design and implementation of SAP HCM
Very good professional knowledge in the personnel work in the private economy or in the public service in the area of remuneration
Methodical skills complemented by knowledge of current SAP products and technologies
Strong analytical and conceptual skills; Good communication skills, pronounced moderation and presentation skills
Very good knowledge of German and possibly good English
